At Prop Money, we strive for 100% satisfaction on all cinematic and novelty items; however, due to the specialized nature of our products, returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused prop money in its original plastic wrap and security seal to ensure the items are not damaged or flagged as used during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the currency stacks are complete and the seals are intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
